We use FedEx Hold locations as our default overnight option. Why? Because we feel it is best for the marine life to be held in a cozy building waiting for you, rather than being on a delivery truck all day.
Everything ships FedEx Overnight. Your package will be waiting for you at about 9am in most locations. If you choose to have it delivered to a specific location, such as your home, you'll pay a little more and it will ship Priority Overnight (which means delivery before 10:30am in most locations but not all). You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
You can call, email, chat, or text our customer service team, to help you complete an order, or help you with an existing order.
